The Engineered Solution

The RFPK-475-525R is a complete fuel delivery system designed for forced induction and high-horsepower Corvette applications. By bundling the Walbro 525 (Hellcat) pump with our 10-gauge HD electrical backbone, we eliminate the bottlenecks that cause fuel starvation and engine damage. This is a return-style kit optimized for external regulation.

To ensure accurate fuel gauge operation, you MUST use the drop-down menu below to select the correct level sensor for your vehicle's model year. Resistance values (Ohms) changed significantly across the C5/C6 production run.

Failure to select the correct sensor will result in incorrect fuel gauge readings.

This system requires an external regulator and return line. See our R-Series Fuel Line Kits (FLK) for PnP plumbing solutions.

Mandatory VIN Fitment Verification

C5 Corvette VIN Split: Fits late 2003 C5 Corvettes with VIN # 114931 and higher.

Exclusions: Fits all 2004-2013 C6 Corvettes EXCLUDING the ZR1 platform.
