Joins two -16 AN male fittings, with a swivel nut on each end.
The Racetronix ADF-496316 is a compact forged 90-degree elbow with a swivel nut on each end, both -16 AN JIC female (37° flare). Use it to join two male fittings, ports or hose ends where the line has to turn a right angle in very little space. Both nuts swivel, so you can line the coupler up before you tighten it.

Both ends seal metal to metal on their 37° flares, not on the threads. Do not use Teflon tape or thread sealant on either end; it can stop the flare from seating and cause a leak.

Frequently asked questions
What does it connect to?
Any -16 AN male (37° JIC) fitting: a union, an adapter, a port or a male hose end. Both ends are female, so it joins two male ends together.
Which 90-degree coupler should I choose?
The bent-tube 90 (FIT-4963xx) has the smoothest bend and the widest size range. The forged 90 (ADF-4963xx) is the most compact. The forged full-flow 90 (ADF-4963xxFF, -6 to -10) keeps the full passage through the bend for the least restriction. All three are in the chart below.
Do I need thread sealant or tape?
No. Both ends seal on their 37° flares. Sealant or tape can keep the flare from seating, and pieces of tape can get into the fuel system.
Is it E85 compatible?
Yes. It is made from 6061-T6 aluminum and black anodized, and works with gasoline and E85.
