This adapter converts the LSx Metri-Pack 280S connector to the new Gen 5 LT1 TE MCP 2.8S connector. Simply plug the old LSx factory starter solenoid connector into this harness and the other end into the new Gen 5 LT1 starter. This Gen 5 LT1 starter is a popular replacement/upgrade for the LSx starter because of its heat shielding and improved performance.
