The Bosch 0 280 158 117 is a high-performance EV 14 injector featuring the "Standard" (S) body geometry (48.65mm). Commonly known as the "50lb" or "520cc" injector, this unit features a modern USCAR / EV6 connector and a Type E (Dual Cone) spray pattern designed for precise targeting in multi-valve cylinder heads.
Configuration Note: This unit is verified to have Blue (Upper) and Green (Lower) O-rings.
- Flow Capacity: Rated at 50 lb/hr / 520 cc/min (374 g/min) at 300 kPa (43.5 PSI).

- Fuel & Seal Compatibility: Features high-quality Viton O-rings (Blue Upper / Green Lower) and stainless internals. Fully compatible with E85, Methanol, and Gasoline.

Technical Note: Flow Rating & Fluids
Bosch calibrates injectors using N-Heptane as a standard test fluid. However, most engines run on Gasoline, which has a higher density. We provide both ratings for transparency:
Volume (cc/min) = Mass Flow (g/min) ÷ Fluid Density (g/cc)- N-Heptane (0.684 g/cc): 374 ÷ 0.684 = 546.8 cc/min (Industry Standard Rating)
- Gasoline (~0.720 g/cc): 374 ÷ 0.720 = 519.4 cc/min (Real World Estimate)
- Factory new Genuine Bosch High-Performance Fuel Injector.
- Factory installed o-rings top and bottom.
- Shipped in factory-sealed Bosch boxes or in bulk bagged format as provided by Bosch.
