The Bosch 0 280 158 000 is a high-performance EV 14 injector featuring the "Long" (L) body geometry (60.65mm). Commonly used in modern performance builds, including Ford Coyote 5.0L and various GM LS platforms, this unit utilizes a Type E (Dual Cone) spray pattern with a 20-degree Split Angle (Alpha) for superior fuel atomization in multi-valve cylinder heads.

Verified Configuration Note: This unit is verified to have Blue (Upper) and Brown (Lower) O-rings.
  • Flow Capacity: Rated at 58 lb/hr / 610 cc/min (439 g/min) at 300 kPa (43.5 PSI).
  • Volumetric Flow: ~642 cc/min (N-Heptane) / ~610 cc/min (Gasoline). *See Tech Note

Technical Note: Flow Rating & Fluids

Bosch calibrates injectors using N-Heptane as a standard test fluid. However, most engines run on Gasoline, which has a higher density. We provide both ratings for transparency:

Volume (cc/min) = Mass Flow (g/min) ÷ Fluid Density (g/cc)
  • N-Heptane (0.684 g/cc): 439 ÷ 0.684 = 641.8 cc/min (Industry Standard Rating)
  • Gasoline (~0.720 g/cc): 439 ÷ 0.720 = 609.7 cc/min (Real World Estimate)

  • Factory new Genuine Bosch High-Performance Fuel Injector.
  • Factory installed o-rings top and bottom.
  • Shipped in factory-sealed Bosch boxes or in bulk bagged format as provided by Bosch.
  • Flow Matching: Injectors sold individually ("each") are not flow-matched by Racetronix.
