System Compatibility Warning:

This module is designed for non-FPCM vehicles (typically pre-2007/2008). It is NOT compatible with later GM generations that utilize a Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM) or Fuel Pump Power Module to manage pump speed via PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). Using this high-draw pump with an FPCM system will result in module failure.

Installation Note: This module is a high-amperage component. Standard factory wiring and the underhood electrical center (fuse/relay block) are not rated for the sustained load of this high-output pump. Failure to use a dedicated heavy-gauge relay harness (FPWH-022) will result in terminal burnout, connector failure, or significantly reduced pump performance due to voltage drop.

Attention: Mandatory VIN Fitment Verification

The customer is solely responsible for determining correct fitment based on the vehicle’s VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).

GM truck and SUV platforms often utilize up to five or more different fuel module configurations for the same model year. Factors such as tank capacity, emissions standards, and cab configuration change the module requirements. Searching by vehicle type and trim level is insufficient; the VIN is the ultimate "Go / No-Go" check for fitment.

How to Verify Fitment:
  1. Find your 17-digit VIN (found on your dashboard or door jamb).
  2. Visit GM Parts Giant or GM Parts Direct and enter your **VIN** to find your exact **OEM Part Number**.
  3. Cross-reference that OEM number on the Delphi Parts Catalog to find the Delphi **Interchange Number**.
  4. Verify that the Delphi number (e.g., FG0340) or the GM OEM number matches our **Interchange List** above.
