Replacement ferrule for Racetronix -12 PTFE hose ends.
The Racetronix FIT-OLIVE12B is a replacement ferrule (also called an olive) for our -12 reusable PTFE hose ends. The ferrule is pushed onto the PTFE liner, under the braid, and is compressed when the hose end is tightened. Once seated it stays on the hose, so every time a joint is remade it needs a new ferrule.
Key features
- -12 PTFE hose-end ferrule.
- Fits Racetronix reusable PTFE hose ends of the same size.
- One ferrule per joint; not reusable once seated.
- E85 compatible.
- 6061-T6 aluminum, black anodized.
Clean the liner and the ferrule, push the ferrule onto the liner until it bottoms out with all of the braid outside it, then push it fully into the nut. Full steps are on our support forum.
