Fuel Pump Module Assembly , C5/C6 Corvette 2003.5-2013, (Non-Z06, Factory Performance)
Fuel Pump Module Assembly, Corvette C5/C6 Stock Performance
Quick Overview
- Complete Assembly: Includes the factory level sensor assembly, a component often omitted by GM, Delphi, and AC Delco replacement modules.
- Direct-Fit OEM Replacement: Designed specifically for 2003.5-2013 Corvette platforms (excluding Z06 and ZR1 models).
- Turbine Technology: Equipped with a high-quality turbine pump and an integral Venturi jet-pump system to ensure the module bucket remains full, preventing starvation during aggressive acceleration and low-fuel cornering.
- FUEL COMPATIBILITY: This module is validated for GASOLINE ONLY. It is not compatible with E85, Ethanol, or Methanol blends.
- MANDATORY SELECTION: You must select the proper level sensor in the drop-down menu at the bottom of this listing to match your model year (2003-2006 or 2007-2013) to ensure correct dash gauge resistance.
Highly Recommended: Electrical Reliability Upgrade
Aging C5 and C6 Corvettes frequently develop high resistance in the underhood fuse center and the factory rear bulkhead connectors. Over time, this creates excessive heat, leading to melted terminals and significant voltage drop.
Racetronix strongly recommends the addition of the FPWH-008 and IPH-008 upgrade harnesses. These harnesses provide alternator-direct power to the fuel pump, bypassing factory circuit weaknesses.
*These components are available as convenient add-ons in the drop-down menus at the bottom of this page.
Technical Specifications
| Effective Flow Rate | ~255 LPH @ 58 PSI (13.5V)* |
| Regulation | Internal (Standard Factory Configuration) |
| Level Sensor | Included (Select Year Below) |
| Compatibility | Gasoline / Race Gas Only |
*Flow Note: This turbine design maintains a true 255 LPH at the standard Corvette 58 PSI operating pressure, meeting or exceeding the performance requirements of the stock fuel system.
Interchange Part Numbers
The TU475-1 is the definitive stock performance fuel delivery solution for Corvette C5 and C6 owners. Unlike standard replacement modules, this unit is built with Racetronix’s advanced turbine technology and an integrated jet-pump system. This ensures the pump remains submerged even during spirited driving—eliminating the risk of starvation and providing consistent rail pressure for your Corvette’s engine.
The customer is solely responsible for determining correct fitment based on the vehicle’s VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).
C5 Corvette VIN Split: This module is a direct-fit for late 2003 C5 Corvettes manufactured with VIN # 114931 (last six digits) and higher, as well as all 2004-2013 C6 Corvettes (excluding ZR1). It will NOT fit early-model C5 Corvettes or higher-output Z06/ZR1 models.
How to Verify Fitment:
- Find your 17-digit VIN (found on your dashboard or door jamb).
- Visit GM Parts Giant or GM Parts Direct and enter your **VIN** to find your exact **OEM Part Number**.
- Cross-reference that OEM number on the Delphi Parts Catalog to find the Delphi **Interchange Number**.
- Verify that the Delphi number or the GM OEM number matches our **Interchange List** above.
If you are unsure of the results, please reach out to Racetronix support with your VIN before placing your order.
