The High-Performance Requirement

Modern high-output turbine pumps (340LPH to 525LPH+) demand significantly more current than the factory Corvette wiring was engineered to handle. Attempting to run these pumps on factory circuitry results in massive voltage drops, reduced pump RPM, and eventual failure of the factory relay or fuse center.

The Racetronix FPWH-008HD is a mandatory requirement for all Racetronix high-performance modules to maintain warranty coverage.

By providing a stabilized, alternator-direct power path through heavy 10-gauge copper wiring, this harness eliminates voltage bottlenecks. The results are immediate and measurable:

Racetronix offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on this harness to the original purchaser while installed in the original vehicle. This warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty claims are strictly subject to proper electrical diagnosis. Racetronix provides an extensive library of schematics and technical support via our private support forum to assist with accurate system analysis.

Note: "Part-swapping" is not a substitute for proper troubleshooting. Verified customers are required to utilize our forum resources before requesting return or replacement components.

SYSTEM INTEGRATION NOTE:

The IPH-008 Intermediate Harness is a required companion to this kit. It replaces the final segment of undersized factory wiring from the wheel well to the fuel module.

C5 Corvette VIN Split: Fits late 2003 C5 Corvettes with VIN # 114931 and higher.

Platform Exclusions: Fits all 2004-2013 C6 Corvettes EXCLUDING the ZR1 platform.
