  • Nylon Convoluted Fuel Tube: A nylon convoluted fuel tube is recommended for installation. You must select a tube that has at least one 8mm end to match the pump outlet. Compatible tubes can be found here.
    (Note: Use with an 11.9mm Oetiker clamp for a secure connection).
  • 3mm ID Venturi Tube: This pump's venturi outlet requires a 3mm ID nylon tube for connection to the jet pump. Compatible tubes can be found here.
  • Legacy Installation Option: For older applications where nylon tubing is not suitable, we recommend our SAE 30R10 Submersible Rubber Fuel Hose (5/16" ID) paired with our 16mm German Gear Clamps.
  • 11mm Inlet Filter Sock: This pump requires a clean, high-flow pre-filter with an 11mm opening. Compatible filter socks can be found in the Fuel Pump Filter Socks category of our web store.
  • Connector Sets: For DIY wiring, we offer Tyco / Sumitomo type connector sets in two sizes: RCS-001 (16-14ga) and RCS-045 (12-10ga).
  • In-Tank Harnesses: Pre-assembled universal harnesses with 14-gauge wire are available in three lengths: 8-inch, 12-inch, and 18-inch.
  • Sound Dampening: A Foam Sleeve Insulator is available to reduce vibration and noise.
  • External Wiring: An upgraded heavy-duty external wiring harness is MANDATORY to support the high current draw (up to 17A) of this pump.

Warranty, Installation & Support Policy

To ensure system reliability and maintain warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

  • 1-Year Warranty: Coverage is valid for one year from the date of invoice, regardless of the installation date.
  • Returns Policy: Due to liability, environmental exposure, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on open-box fuel pumps. We cannot verify if a pump has been dropped, mishandled, or run dry once it leaves our facility. All sales are final once the factory seal is broken.
  • Technical Support: We do not provide phone or email support for diagnosing fuel pumps. All technical assistance, including diagnostic info, schematics, and interaction with company representatives, is provided exclusively via our Support Forum. This private, verified-customer community offers 24/7/365 access to over 25 years of accumulated technical data.
  • Proper Storage: This pump is shipped with a protective internal solvent to prevent moisture damage. It must remain sealed in its factory packaging until installation. Do not leave the pump open on a workbench.
  • Required Diagnostics: We do not provide replacements for "parts swapping" or "go/no-go" troubleshooting. All warranty claims require documented testing with proper instruments, including a voltmeter to verify power and a pressure gauge to verify system operation.
  • Mandatory Filtration: A new, compatible fuel sock must be installed, and the fuel tank must be cleaned of all debris. Failure to reduce contamination risks will void the warranty.
  • Electrical & Plumbing: Warranty claims on DIY installations will only be honored if the installer can verify that the wiring, bulkheads, and plumbing are adequate to support the flow and current draw of this high-performance pump.
