Turns a -6 AN line 45 degrees, with a swivel nut so the hose can be lined up after it is tight.
The Racetronix ADF-498003 is a 45-degree elbow with a -6 AN JIC female swivel nut on one end and a -6 AN JIC male (37° flare) on the other. Thread the female swivel onto a -6 AN male port or fitting, point the male end where the hose needs to go, and connect a -6 AN female hose end to it. Both ends seal metal to metal on their 37° flares.

Both ends seal on their 37° flares, not on the threads. Do not use Teflon tape or thread sealant on either end; it can stop the flare from seating and cause a leak.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need thread sealant or tape?
No. Both ends seal on their 37° flares. Sealant or tape can keep the flare from seating, and pieces of tape can get into the fuel system.
What does the swivel do?
The female nut turns independently of the elbow body, so you can point the male end in any direction and then tighten the nut without twisting the hose.
Which size do I need?
