Connects 10 mm (3/8") nylon fuel tube to -6 AN plumbing.
The Racetronix ADF-6J6ABM10 is a through-panel bulkhead with a -6 AN JIC male (37° flare) on the outside and a multi-barb for 10 mm (3/8") nylon fuel tube on the inside. It comes with a nut, an aluminum crush washer and a PTFE (Teflon) skirted washer. Fit the crush washer on the outside of the panel, push the fitting through the hole, fit the skirted washer from the inside so its lip sits in the hole and centres the fitting, then tighten the nut.
The multi-barb is shallow and sharp with tight spacing, made to grip and seal Racetronix nylon convoluted fuel tube with an Oetiker ear clamp. A tall, rounded rubber-hose barb does not seal well on nylon tube. It also works well with rubber hose.

Seal the panel with the included washers: the aluminum crush washer outside and the PTFE skirted washer inside, its lip in the hole. The JIC end seals on its 37° flare. Do not use tape or sealant.

What size hole do I need?
A clean, round clearance hole for the 9/16"-18 thread, so the skirted washer lip sits snugly in it.
Will it work with rubber hose?
Yes. It is made for nylon fuel tube but also seals well on rubber hose of the same size with a suitable clamp.
Is it E85 compatible?
Yes. It is made from 6061-T6 aluminum and black anodized, and works with gasoline and E85.
