per EACH (USD)Bulkhead Barb, -8 AN JIC Male to -8 ORB Male to 10 mm (3/8") Multi-Barb, Black
Connects 10 mm (3/8") nylon fuel tube to -8 AN plumbing.
The Racetronix ADF-8J8RMB10 has a -8 AN JIC male (37° flare) on top, a hex, and a long -8 (3/4"-16) straight thread with an FKM (Viton) O-ring under the hex, then a multi-barb for 10 mm (3/8") nylon fuel tube on the end. Screw it into a -8 ORB female port, for example on a catch can, surge tank or fuel cell, so the barb sits inside and the JIC end outside.
The multi-barb is shallow and sharp with tight spacing, made to grip and seal Racetronix nylon convoluted fuel tube with an Oetiker ear clamp. A tall, rounded rubber-hose barb does not seal well on nylon tube. It also works well with rubber hose.
Key features
- -8 AN JIC male (37° flare).
- -8 ORB male (3/4"-16) with FKM (Viton) O-ring under the hex.
- Multi-barb for 10 mm (3/8") nylon fuel tube.
- E85 compatible.
- 6061-T6 aluminum, black anodized.
The ORB end seals on its FKM (Viton) O-ring against the port face, not on the threads. The JIC end seals on its 37° flare. Do not use tape or sealant on either.

Frequently asked questions
How do I fit it?
Screw it into a -8 ORB female port and tighten on the hex until the O-ring seals. Push the nylon tube fully over the barb and secure it with an Oetiker ear clamp.
Will it work with rubber hose?
Yes. It is made for nylon fuel tube but also seals well on rubber hose of the same size with a suitable clamp.
Is it E85 compatible?
Yes. It is made from 6061-T6 aluminum and black anodized, and works with gasoline and E85.
