Quick Overview
- Genuine TI Walbro Drop-In Module assembly.
- High-Performance Pump: Equipped with a specialized TI Walbro turbine pump featuring an integral Venturi jet-pump. This unique "Type 010" design ensures the module remains full of fuel even under low-tank or high-slosh conditions.
- Internal Pressure Control: Engineered to integrate with GM Returnless fuel systems.
- MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Must be used with a Racetronix Upgrade Harness to handle increased current draw and prevent factory fuse block failure. This harness along with other options are listed under the add-on section at the bottom of this product page.
Technical Specifications
| Effective Flow Rate | ~255 LPH @ 58 PSI (13.5V)* |
| Regulation | Returnless Integration (Factory Style) |
| Pump Technology | High-Performance Turbine with Integral Jet-Pump |
| Compatibility | Gasoline, E10 (Standard Pump Gas) |
*Flow Note: This modern turbine design maintains a true 255 LPH at the standard GM 58 PSI operating pressure. Racetronix provides these engineered ratings to ensure system reliability and engine safety.
Fuel Compatibility & Liability Note: This module is not certified by TI Automotive for use with high ethanol concentrations (E85) or various types of specialized race fuels. Depending on additives, certain race fuels can be highly aggressive and will shorten pump life. If utilized for racing applications with aggressive fuels, the system must be purged immediately after use; do not leave the module submerged in such fuels for extended periods. Racetronix assumes no liability for pump failure resulting from applications that deviate from standard pump gasoline (e.g., E10).
Estimated HP Support (RWHP)
| Fuel Type | Naturally Aspirated | Forced Induction |
| Gasoline | ~680 RWHP | ~520 RWHP |
| E85 (Ethanol) | ~450 RWHP | ~360 RWHP |

The TU447HP-2 represents an elite-tier drop-in solution for GM SUV owners seeking significant fuel delivery improvements with factory-level integration. This module utilizes a high-output turbine pump with an integral Venturi jet located at the pump inlet. This advanced design ensures the module bucket remains actively filled, preventing starvation during low-fuel levels or aggressive driving maneuvers.
The customer is solely responsible for determining correct fitment based on the vehicle’s VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).
Late-model GM SUV platforms (2004-2007) utilize multiple different fuel module configurations based on wheel-base and fuel system type (Returnless vs. Return). Searching by vehicle type and trim level is insufficient; the VIN is the ultimate "Go / No-Go" check for fitment.
How to Verify Fitment:
- Find your 17-digit VIN (found on your dashboard or door jamb).
- Visit GM Parts Giant or GM Parts Direct and enter your **VIN** to find your exact **OEM Part Number**.
- Cross-reference that OEM number on the Delphi Parts Catalog to find the Delphi **Interchange Number**.
- Verify that the Delphi number (e.g., **FG0407**) or the GM OEM number matches our **Interchange List** above.
If you are unsure of the results, please reach out to Racetronix support with your VIN before placing your order.
