Spare brass olive for Racetronix 5/8" tube compression adapters.
The Racetronix FIT-OLV10 is a spare brass olive (compression ferrule) for 5/8" outside-diameter tube. It fits Racetronix tube compression adapters, both the AN JIC female and AN JIC male versions. The olive slips over the tube and compresses onto it when the compression nut is tightened, gripping and sealing the tube without flaring.
Key features
- For 5/8" OD tube.
- Brass compression olive.
- Fits Racetronix tube compression adapters.
- No flaring needed.
The olive seals only on a tube of the correct outside diameter with a smooth, clean surface. Rusted, pitted, scratched or out-of-round tube will leak. Use a new olive when refitting a joint.
