Fuel Pump Module Assembly, C5/C6 Corvette 2003.5 to 2013 450 LPH E85
Fuel Module, Corvette C5/C6, High-Perf 450LPH E85
Quick Overview
- Extreme Performance: Features a genuine Walbro F90000274 DCSS turbine pump, engineered for high-horsepower NA and FI builds.
- Fuel Compatibility: 100% E85 and Ethanol compatible. Validated for all standard gasoline and race fuels.
- Serialized & Bench Tested: Every module is serialized and undergoes a rigorous multi-point bench test for flow specifications at operational pressures, current draw at specific voltage, and a full leak-down test.
- MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: This module MUST be used with Racetronix FPWH-008HD and IPH-008 upgrade harnesses.
- COMPLETE KIT OPTION: This module is available as part of a complete system under part number RFPK-475-450E, which includes the required HD wiring harnesses.
- MANDATORY SELECTION: You must select the proper level sensor in the drop-down menu at the bottom of this listing to match your specific model year (2003-2006 or 2007-2013).
Quality Assurance & Bench Testing Protocol
Every TU475-450 module produced by Racetronix is thoroughly bench tested on our specialized fuel pump flow bench prior to serialization. This ensures that the unit you receive meets our exacting standards for performance and reliability.
- Voltage & Flow Verification: Performance is checked at various voltage levels to ensure the pump maintains proper flow rates and stable current draw under load.
- Leak Testing: Each module is pressure tested to ensure there are no internal leaks or assembly defects that could lead to fuel pressure bleed-down.
- Specification Match: Units are only cleared for shipping once they are confirmed to meet or exceed the designated flow specifications.
Critical Installation Note
A common installation error involves the failure to replace the factory O-rings for the crossover lines inside the tank. Worn or damaged O-rings are the primary cause of pressure bleed-down and hard-start conditions. Racetronix strongly advises that this module be installed by a qualified Automotive Specialist to ensure system integrity.
Technical Specifications
| Effective Flow Rate | ~400 LPH @ 58 PSI (13.5V)* |
| Pump Model | Walbro F90000274 DCSS Turbine |
| Testing Protocol | Serialized / Bench Tested / Leak-Down Tested |
| Compatibility | E85, Ethanol, Gasoline, Race Gas |
Estimated HP Support (RWHP)
| Fuel Type | Naturally Aspirated | Forced Induction |
| Gasoline | ~850 RWHP | ~700 RWHP |
| E85 (Ethanol) | ~600 RWHP | ~500 RWHP |
System Performance Note: The Corvette uses a "deadhead" fuel system with the pressure regulator located inside the fuel module. While the module maintains 58 PSI internally, high horsepower demands can create a significant pressure drop across the factory feed line. This results in lower pressure at the fuel rail than what is measured at the pump. These estimates account for typical factory line restrictions; extreme builds may require upgraded feed lines to maintain rail stability.

Racetronix 1-Year In-House Warranty
Racetronix offers a one-year in-house warranty on this fuel pump assembly from the date of purchase. This warranty is strictly subject to the following terms:
- Harness Requirement: Warranty claims will only be honored if the vehicle is equipped with a Racetronix FPWH-008HD and IPH-008 wiring upgrade harness. The use of factory wiring with this high-draw module voids the warranty.
- Professional Installation Required: The module must be installed and diagnosed by a qualified Automotive Specialist/Technician.
- Diagnosis Onus: The customer is responsible for ensuring a proper, comprehensive diagnosis is performed prior to requesting a warranty claim. Racetronix does not provide replacement modules as a substitute for proper troubleshooting.
- Verification Testing: All modules returned under warranty will undergo full bench testing to verify manufacturer defect. Warranty is void if the failure is found to be caused by improper installation, contaminated fuel, or electrical system faults.
The customer is solely responsible for determining correct fitment based on the vehicle’s VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).
C5 Corvette VIN Split: This module is a direct-fit for late 2003 C5 Corvettes manufactured with VIN # 114931 (last six digits) and higher, as well as all 2004-2013 C6 Corvettes (excluding Z06/ZR1 models). It will NOT fit early-model C5 Corvettes.
How to Verify Fitment:
- Find your 17-digit VIN (found on your dashboard or door jamb).
- Visit GM Parts Giant or GM Parts Direct and enter your **VIN** to find your exact **OEM Part Number**.
- Cross-reference that OEM number on the Delphi Parts Catalog to find the Delphi **Interchange Number**.
- Verify that the Delphi number or the GM OEM number matches our **Interchange List** above.
