Turbo Buick Fuel Line Kit, SS Black PTFE, RF/QD Fittings
The Racetronix FLK-G7B3 is the premier high-performance plumbing solution for 1986-1987 Turbo Buicks utilizing Racetronix Stainless Steel fuel hangers. Every hose assembly is manufactured using the highest-grade American-made materials and rigorously tested to 1,000 PSI on our in-house pressure bench to ensure a leak-proof installation. This kit features our premium static-dissipative PTFE hose finished with a genuine DuPont™ Hytrel® coating. Unlike inferior kits that use cheap PVC coatings, Hytrel® is a high-performance elastomer that remains flexible across extreme temperature ranges while preventing the stainless braid from acting as an abrasive "saw" against your chassis components.

Hanger Compatibility & Upgrade Path
The FLK-G7B3 is directly compatible with Racetronix Stainless Steel fuel hangers (Single and 1st Gen Dual Pump) utilizing EFI Quick-Connect ports.
Upgrading to Billet Hangers
This kit can be easily adapted to our newer Billet DPFS-G7 Series hangers without cutting the hose. Simply swap the hose-ends to the following direct ORB fittings:
- Feed Side: Use FIT-P8RM10 (-8 Hose to -10 ORB Male)
- Return Side: Use FIT-680706 (-6 Hose to -6 ORB Male)

Technical Q&A
1. Why is the Racetronix metric Banjo fitting superior?
Unlike standard 90° adapters that bottleneck the system by following restrictive factory Saginaw dimensions, our custom-machined metric Banjo fitting maintains a high-flow bore. Its low-profile design is critical for the Turbo Buick platform, as it provides the necessary clearance to avoid interference with the intake manifold runners.
2. Will this connect to my factory sender or current Racetronix hanger?
This kit is designed for Racetronix Stainless Steel hangers equipped with EFI Quick-Connect fittings. It is NOT compatible with factory hose-barb senders. Compatible hangers include:
- Racetronix Single Pump SS hangers (255, 340, 450, or 525 LPH) with EFI Quick-Connect ports.
- Older Racetronix SS Dual Pump systems with EFI QC fittings.
Note: For our new Billet DPFS-G7 hangers, please use the FLK-G7B5 kit.
3. What regulator is recommended for use with this kit?
We highly recommend the Racetronix REG-G7B1. It is engineered specifically for this platform to provide perfectly stable pressure and long-term reliability without the bleed-down issues common in other units.
4. How is Hytrel® superior to the PVC coating found on other hoses?
PVC is a cheap plastic that becomes brittle and cracks when exposed to heat and chemicals. DuPont™ Hytrel® is a premium elastomer that remains flexible and protective across extreme temperature ranges, ensuring your fuel lines look and perform like new for the life of the vehicle.
5. Are these lines field-serviceable?
Yes. Racetronix uses premium reusable swivel fittings rather than permanent non-swivel crimps. This allows for precise alignment during installation and full serviceability in the field using standard tools.
6. Does the PTFE hose eliminate gas fumes in the garage?
Absolutely. Unlike rubber (CPE) hoses, our American-made PTFE hose has near-zero permeability. This feature eliminates "fuel smell" permeation entirely and provides a lifetime of compatibility with Gasoline, E85, and Methanol.
7. Where do I get support and installation information?
This kit is sold exclusively through our authorized dealer network. First-tier technical and warranty support, including all phone and email support, is provided by the authorized Racetronix dealer from which you purchased your kit. Your dealer knows your vehicle and application and is your primary point of contact. Racetronix also maintains a technical support forum; however, we will always ask whether you have contacted your dealer first.
