To ensure maximum flow, Racetronix fuel line kits utilize an external sealing mechanism that bypasses the highly restrictive internal Saginaw O-ring found in factory fittings. This relies on a stacked seal (Bonded Washer + Aluminum Crush Washer) against the face of the fuel rail or regulator.

The FLK-G7B5 is specifically designed for Plug-and-Play compatibility with Racetronix DPFS-G7 Billet Aluminum Dual Pump Fuel Systems. For systems utilizing EFI Quick-Connect ports, please see Question 2 in the Technical Q&A below.
A. Unlike standard 90° adapters that bottleneck the system by following restrictive factory Saginaw dimensions, our custom-machined metric Banjo fitting maintains a high-flow bore. Its low-profile design is critical for the Turbo Buick platform, as it provides the necessary clearance to avoid interference with the intake manifold runners.
A. No. The FLK-G7B5 is exclusively designed for our new DPFS-G7 Billet Aluminum hangers which utilize ORB ports. If you have any of the following, you must use the FLK-G7B3 kit instead:
- Racetronix Single Pump Stainless Steel hangers (255, 340, 450, or 525 LPH models) equipped with EFI Quick-Connect fittings.
- Older Racetronix Stainless Steel Dual Pump systems with EFI Quick-Connect fittings.
A. This kit is designed for factory-location regulators. We highly recommend the Racetronix REG-G7B1. It is engineered specifically for this platform to provide perfectly stable pressure and long-term reliability.

A. Yes. Racetronix uses premium reusable swivel fittings rather than permanent non-swivel crimps. This allows for precise alignment during installation and full serviceability in the field using standard tools.
A. Absolutely. Unlike rubber (CPE) hoses, our American-made PTFE hose has near-zero permeability. This feature eliminates "fuel smell" permeation entirely and provides a lifetime of compatibility with Gasoline, E85, and Methanol.
